NASCAR: Five Silly Season Updates That Fans Need To Know About

Alex Bowman signs long term deal

Believe it or not, Hendrick Motorsports has a thing for Alex Bowman the showman. That became obvious after Hendrick Motorsports announced that they had signed the former Xfinity Series driver to a two year contract with Nationwide staying on for two more years. If nothing else, that s a huge upside for Bowman and shows that he is establishing himself quite nicely.

In fact, with two top-fives, 11 top-ten’s 2 poles and a 15th place in standings in his first season at Hendrick Motorsports, its more then obvious that Hendrick has another future star on his hands. In the end, he might not be Dale Earnhardt Jr, and he might not be as charismatic, but he is getting the job down in the #88 car right now!
