#2 The Buyer
Its no secret that NASCAR isn’t exactly a dream property to own right now. While the sport does still have a pretty loyal fanbase and an exceptional crop of drivers, it also is suffering from low attendance, low television ratings and one of the most monotonous seasons in all of NASCAR history.

In the end, NASCAR is one of the most divisive sports in the world right now, which leaves any potential buyer with an uphill climb is they end up purchasing the once iconic sport.
