Five Drivers That Should Lose Their Ride If They Don’t Perform In 2018.

#4 Trevor Bayne

Trevor Bayne is a lucky man. Not only did he somehow sign a three year extension with Roush Fenway Racing  after not winning a race and failing to make the playoffs, he also has big time sponsor, Advocare, locked in for three years as well. Of course things can always change and Trevor Bayne could easily justify Roush’s faith in him with a win or a playoff spot, but what if he doesn’t?

In the end, Bayne, who won the Daytona 500 with The Wood Brothers in 2011, needs to step up his performance if he wants to continue to justify his spot with RFR. With that being said, and his teammate, Ricky Stenhouse Jr, continuing to grab win after win and make the playoffs for the first time in his short career, hopefully that will either show Bayne that he needs to step up or show Roush that he needs to find someone better for the seat
